1. Covers all meter reading technologies from manual meter reading using Binders to reading by HHU (CMRI, or PDA)
2. Ability to read meters equipped with a wide array of communications technologies (LPR, GSM, GPRS etc.)
3. Services are based on agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with special focus on Quantity, Quality and Timeliness
4. Traceability of meter readers in case they have been deployed for reading
